JadeBio can provide in depth characterization of purified proteins from relatively simple mixtures to provide information on sites of modification or impurities in preparations.

Immunoprecipitation Characterization

A proteomics read out from an immunoprecipitation study can provide information on co-immunoprecipitating proteins that may be part of complexes or for characterizing the target protein(s) of an antibody.

Antibody Sequencing

Partially or completely unknown sequences of antibodies can be determined and codon optimized DNA sequence can be returned for a target species expression system. Also, multiple antibodies arising from the same immunization can be quickly screened for sibling sequences through partial proteomic sequencing to reduce wet lab characterization efforts and speed cloning.

Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs)

We can identify the sites of conjugation and quantify the stochiometry of the conjugations.
